CAREDOC Nursing Homes

Leading global asset manager Invesco has established a strategic investment partnership with CAREDOC(케어닥) focused on developing and expanding senior housing and care services in South Korea. In late 2024, the two firms co-founded a joint venture, “Care Operation,” through which Invesco committed capital and partnered with CAREDOC to build and operate senior living facilities and related services in Korea. The initiative represents one of the early collaborations between a major international asset manager and a domestic senior care platform in the Korean market.

In 2025, Moktan Productions produced a film highlighting this partnership and its role in advancing senior housing and care services in South Korea. The production documented multiple senior living facilities on the outskirts of Seoul, capturing the design, operations, and daily life within these communities while illustrating the broader vision behind the collaboration between Invesco and CareDoc.
