We develop a clear editorial arc, identifying key story beats, advising on what to film and what to leave out, and structuring the project for its intended platform: broadcast, online, festival, or corporate.

Our bilingual team conducts Korean-language research, provides cultural context briefings for international teams, and connects productions with local organisations and communities that would otherwise be inaccessible.

We produce full production schedules, call sheets, shot lists, and contingency plans, coordinating across multiple shoot days, locations, and crew departments so nothing is left to chance on the day.

We provide transparent, itemised budgets covering crew fees, equipment, location costs, travel, post-production allowances, and contingency, and manage spend closely throughout the production.

We source and coordinate on-screen talent, managing auditions, contracts, usage rights, and wardrobe briefings, with full bilingual support for Korean-speaking talent.

We have extensive knowledge of shooting locations across Korea, from Seoul's neighbourhoods and cultural institutions to rural and coastal locations rarely seen in international productions. We scout in person, delivering detailed photo and video reports, and always identify backup options.

We handle the full permit process: public location permits, private property agreements, drone operation clearances, museum and gallery filming permissions, and police or municipal notifications where required.

We coordinate with local authorities in regions outside Seoul and support productions combining Korea with other locations in the Asia-Pacific region.
