On October 22, 2025, the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) hosted the second NK Insider Forum in Seoul, in collaboration with the NGO Council for North Korean Human Rights (NCFNKHR), as part of the 2025 World Convention on North Korean Human Rights. The forum centered on amplifying the voices of North Korean defectors and activists, presenting new testimonies through focused, story-driven programming.

This project marked the third collaboration between Moktan and HRF. Following our coverage of the inaugural NK Insider Forum, Moktan was again entrusted with documenting the second edition, continuing our role as production partner for the series.

Moktan provided full-scale production coverage for the event. Our team filmed multiple keynote talks, a group discussion session, individual interviews, and a live musical performance, along with comprehensive B-roll capturing the atmosphere and audience engagement throughout the day.

In post-production, we edited and delivered a complete suite of assets: full-length talk recordings, the full group discussion, standalone interview videos, the full musical performance, social media shorts, and a highlight film synthesizing the event’s key moments. The final deliverables were designed to serve both archival documentation and ongoing digital outreach, ensuring the forum’s message extended beyond the live audience.
