Mike is a director, DoP, editor and drone pilot with nearly ten years of experience in the film industry. His work has won multiple awards in a wide range of international festivals and he is a three-time recipient of the coveted Vimeo Staff Pick Award. He has worked as a cinematographer on two Netflix Originals and has filmed projects in over 25 countries globally. In 2022, he wrote and directed his fiction feature film debut, Mother Midnight (서까래), that is currently beginning its festival run worldwide.

Jiwon is a bilingual producer, translator and actress . After leaving a high-flying corporate career to co-found Moktan Productions, she has worked as a producer on documentary, corporate and fiction projects. She has produced projects for brands that include Dyson, Hyundai, IISE, Johnson & Johnson, the V & A Museum and more. She also produced the award-winning documentary, Reclaiming The Negative, as well as the independent Korean fiction feature film, Mother Midnight (서까래).

A multimedia producer with more than 6 years of experience working in print, radio, television news, documentary, advertisement, and corporate shoots in South Korea for VICE, Netflix, Al Jazeera, CNA, Arte, ZDF, BBC, ARD, TF1, France24, CNN, PBS, META and Thompson Reuters Foundation. He was the recipient of the prestigious 2020 Peabody Award - Global Pandemic Coverage for producing PBS Newshour Covid-19 Coverage: “Global Pandemic” / “Making Sense: The Victims of the Covid Economy”

Diogo is a creative filmmaker, sound recordist, photographer, film production technician, and camera operator . Leaving his past career in music production, he started his journey in the film industry, which gave him a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of video creation, making him an extremely valuable asset to any production. He has worked with a wide range of brands in Korea and Europe.
